PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily fix a flooring, to prevent the formation of an opening between the mutual floorings and to prevent a trouble, in which the flooring is not entered between the end sections of the floorings. SOLUTION: A warm-water sheet 1 in which a warm-water pipe 3 is projected from a base-material sheet 2, is laid on a floor backing material S, and a required number of the long-sized floorings, which have groove sections 15 and 16, into which the warm-water pipe is inserted and which are opened downwards, and in which tongues 11 and grooves 12 are worked in at least the longitudinal direction, are placed and fixed onto the sheet 1. The floorings 10A with spiral grooves in which splines 17 are fixed onto the grooves are prepared as the start floorings, the floorings 10A are nailed and fixed in a row in conformity with the end section of the sheet 1 and the floorings 10B and 10D in second rows are placed on both tongue sides and groove sides of the start floorings while their grooves are engaged and nailed and fixed by utilizing the tongue sections. Likewise, the tongues of the previously fixed floorings and the grooves of the floorings in the next rows are engaged and placed and nailed and fixed by using the tongue sections.
