PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel lifting fixture which is high in workability and safety at the time of mounting a panel on a building skeleton, and to provide a panel mounting method. SOLUTION: The panel lifting fixture for vertically raising the horizontally laid concrete panel, is formed of a flat plate member and wall surface bearing members. The flat plate member is abutted on an upper end surface of the concrete panel, and the wall surface bearing members each have a bearing piece to be abutted on a panel mounting wall surface of the building skeleton. Then the wall surface bearing members are connected to the flat plate member such that the bearing pieces rotate in parallel with a panel wall surface and slide in a panel thickness direction.
