<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and method for obtaining a product, the price of which is determined on-line, from a retail dealer accepting the thus set price. <P>SOLUTION: This system includes: a computer terminal 102 adapted to access to a customer having a credit card account and a network, and a central processing mechanism 110 connected to the computer terminal 102 through the network.
