PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch capable of connecting/disconnecting power supply or adjusting/controlling an electric appliance by a simple operation. SOLUTION: The switch is provided to a power supply cord . A control means is provided in a housing which is provided with a sensor device that senses approach or contact of a human body. One end of the power supply cord is connected to the control means for connecting/disconnecting, and the control means is electrically connected to a load.
