A guide roller (GR) (1) has a running wheel (RW) in a wheel fork (WF) (2) and a locking facility (LF) for RW rotary and GR swinging motion. An electromagnetically operated coupling operates the LF or releases it. Near a fork sleeve section (9), a disk component (40) fits in a torque-proof manner with extending springy arms. An electromagnet (26) fits in a ring mounting component (27) in the WF.
