It is intended to provide compositions for nasal administration which contain crystalline cellulose having a specific particle size and/or partly gelatinized starch (alpha-starch) as a carrier for a drug, a physiologically active peptide or a compound analogous to a peptide. Such a composition enables the improvement in the absorption efficacy of a drug in vivo.
