<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new and safe elastase activity inhibitor, collagenase activity inhibitor and hyaluronidase activity inhibitor and further a cosmetic composition or a food or a beverage. <P>SOLUTION: The elastase activity inhibitor, collagenase activity inhibitor and hyaluronidase activity inhibitor and further a cosmetic composition or a food or a beverage each comprises extracts of one or more plants selected from Agave americana L., Agave sisalana Perrine and Adenophora triphylla. According to the present invention, they each has elastase activity-inhibiting action, collagenase activity-inhibiting action and hyaluronidase activity-inhibiting action and further imparts firmness and gloss to the skin and can reduce wrinkle and fine wrinkles.
