PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide turbo type high speed rotary equipment for balancing a rotor, having a short rotation shaft, and appropriately supplying lubricating oil to a rolling bearing. SOLUTION: A disc-shaped body 8 for balancing is attached to the rotation shaft 4 as a main body of the rotor, the disc-shaped body 8 is positioned immediately under an upper rolling bearing 5, and an injection hole 4J for supplying the lubricating oil L from the rotation shaft 4 to the upper rolling bearing 5 is formed through the position of the disc-shaped body 8. Further, the disc-shaped body 8 has a recess part receiving the lubricating oil L to make the oil flow out of the recess part to the upper rolling bearing 5. Therefore, rotation of the rotation shaft 4 makes the lubricating oil L, which is supplied to the recess part, flow from a lower part to the upper roller bearing 5 at an upper part so as to lubricate the bearing.
