PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof sheet and a sash frame mounting method, which enable the stable long-term waterproofing of parts among a plurality of members, such as a clearance between a steel frame or a wooden sash bar and the sash frame, constituting an opening, and a clearance between the steel frame or the wooden sash bar and an exterior wall material, and which can facilitate the positioning and fine adjustment of a member such as the sash frame, and the removal of the member. SOLUTION: In this building waterproof sheet 10A where an adhesive layer 12 is formed on one surface 11a of a substrate film 11, the other surface 11b of the substrate film 11 is subjected to mold release treatment. Preferably, the adhesive layer 12 is made of a butyl rubber. The above problem can be solved by a waterproof sheet sticking process wherein a surface, brought into non-contact with the substrate film 11, of the adhesive layer 12 of the waterproof sheet 10A is stuck on a part to be mounted, and a sash frame mounting process wherein the sash frame is mounted via the stuck waterproof sheet 10A.
