PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive, safe, sure and readily treatable cell culture vessel, suitable for regenerative medical techniques of a mesenchymal stem cell. SOLUTION: This cell culture vessel is equipped with a seed culture vessel in which an inoculation port having an air filter, a culture medium feed port and an agent feed port are provided on an outer shell on the upper surface, and a main culture vessel provided in the lower part of the seed culture vessel in which an inoculation port having an air filter, a culture medium feed port and an agent feed port are provided on an outer shell on the upper surface similarly to the seed culture vessel. In the cell culture vessel, the main culture vessel is made to communicate with the seed culture vessel, and a cell cultured in the seed culture vessel is recovered so as to flow into the main culture vessel to carry out main culture.
