PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rotate a battery to generate so called self-cleaning action at a contact portion between a battery fitting and a battery electrode when pushing a battery case into a storage portion of a main body to attach the case to electric equipment etc. SOLUTION: An axially grooved cam 41 of which the vicinity of an dead end is bent is disposed at an outer periphery of a sleeve 40 which is externally engaged with an outer periphery of a battery 30 and rotated together the battery 30, and fixed pawls 60 which is engaged with the grooved cum 41 and rotates the battery 30 at a bent portion of the grooved cum 41 via the sleeve 40 by pushing the battery case is disposed sa as to face each other. A locking mechanism is provided, wherein the battery case is locked inside the storage portion by pushing the battery case, and the battery case is unlocked by re-pushing.
