PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum regulator capable of greatly reducing the number of parts and facilitating disassembly, washing, and assembly. SOLUTION: A pressure adjusting screw 2 is screw-fitted from an upper part of a lid body 1, and a valve element 16 at a tip of the pressure adjusting screw 2 protrudes from a lower end part of a support body 12 of the lid body to support in a sealed condition. A spring 5 is fitted and inserted into an annular recessed part 10 of the lid body 1. A cylindrical part 29 of a diaphragm 4 is fitted and inserted into a fitting recessed part 20 in a bottom part of a main body 3 in a condition in which it can seal and slide. An annular locking part 25 in a peripheral fringe part is fitted into a fitting part 34 of the main body 3 to fix it to the main body 3. The pressure adjusting screw 2 is screw-fitted, and a projecting part 8 like circular arc of the lid body 1 is fitted into a cut-out channel 32 of the main body 3 from above the main body 3 in which the diaphragm 4 is fitted and is pressed in up to a position of a channel 33 for engagement. Then, the lid body 1 is turned by 90 degrees in the peripheral direction to engage the projecting part 8 like circular arc of the lid body 1 with the channel 33 for engagement of the lid body 1 to fix it to the main body 3.
