PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image search device reduced in processing road. SOLUTION: A control part 11 determines at least one search area in image data that is a processing object, acquires, with respect to search area partial data included in each search area, a transformation condition including a conversion method to be applied to make the retrieval partial data in a reference state and the amount of transformation thereof, in reference to a transformation database 13a preliminarily acquired by learning, and performs at least one transformation based on the acquired transformation condition for each search partial data to transform the search partial data to the reference state. The control part 11 further determines whether or not the object of search is included in each of the transformed search partial data in reference to a search database 13b acquired by learning by use of an image data example of the object of search in the reference state, and specifies an area on the image data of the processing object which corresponds to the search partial data determined to contain the object of search.
