PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information notification system and a sign which easily permits information notification by means of vision and voice and can utilize the conventional information display plate or else. SOLUTION: The information notification system is provided with a visual notification means 1 and an acoustic notification means 2. Therein, the acoustic notification system 2 is modularized and is made loadable/unloadable for the visual notification means 1, thereby, the visual notification means 1 and the acoustic notification means 2 are not integrated and can be manufactured separately, the manufacture of large-sized integrated system is unnecessary and the handling time and expenses required for the manufacture can be reduced. Further, even when the either side requires replacement or repair due to breaking, contamination and failure etc., the replacement or repair of the whole system is unnecessary and the system can be conveniently and quickly restored.
