PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pocket shape of a turret for effectively preventing generation of a peripheral directional recess and a line flaw by contacting with a corner part of upper-lower surfaces of a pocket when a columnar vessel swings in the pocket by the turret. SOLUTION: In this columnar vessel carrying turret 10, the circular arc-shaped pocket 11 is formed at equal pitch in an outer peripheral part. A vertical cross-sectional shape of the pocket 11 is formed as a large diameter projecting circular arc surface 16 having the center in the turret thickness, and the vessel fitted to the pocket is pressed by a large diameter circular arc surface of a thickness directional central part of the turret. Thus, even if the vessel swings in the pocket, the vessel does not contact with a vertical directional corner chamfer part 17 being the corner part of the upper-lower surfaces of the pocket 11, and generation of the peripheral directional recess and the line flaw can be effectively prevented.
