<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of obtaining an accurate processed result of high precision for an event in a real world. <P>SOLUTION: A data constancy detecting part detects a discontinuous part of pixel element values in a plurality of pixels in an input image projected with a light signal of a real world, and having one portion wherein the constancy of the light signal in the real world is lacked, and detects a stationary area having the constancy of a data, based on the detected discontinuous part. A real world estimating part 102 estimates again an area in a boundary detecting part 2121, based on the pixel value of the pixel belonging to the stationary area detected by the data constancy detecting part, and estimates the real world based on the redetected area, in a line width detecting part 2101 and a signal level estimating part 2102.
