<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve quality and performance by adding a perforating ability to the front end of a flexible tube body for a medical instrument constituted by twisting a plurality of metal wires into a cylindrical shape. <P>SOLUTION: The tube body 1 for the medical instrument is constituted of wires 2 formed into a convex shape on the inner periphery of the flexible tube body to have a semi-circular shape at the transverse section and the front end part formed into a knife edge circle 3.
