<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an undesirable reaction between lanthanum or calcium contained in an inter-connector material and zirconia contained in a fuel electrode material. <P>SOLUTION: In a method of forming an inter-connector film of a lanthanum chromite-based perovskite type oxide over a fuel electrode containing zirconia, an intermediate layer is formed on the fuel electrode by using a titanium-based perovskite type oxide or a cerium-based fluorite type oxide, and the inter-connector film is formed on the intermediate layer by using the lanthanum chromite-based perovskite type oxide. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
