<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing control device which solves problems occurring in a usual CMYK high-speed mode and obtains the same high-quality output as in a high-quality mode even for data including the designation of logic arithmetic. <P>SOLUTION: It is determined whether or not a drawing command includes the designation of the logic arithmetic. If it is determined that the designation of the logic arithmetic is included, the drawing command inputted is developed into multivalue bit-map data (F1, F2 and F3) for its one line, and a coloring processing and a binarization processing are executed to the multivalue bit-map data. When the designation of the logic arithmetic is not included, the coloring processing and the binarization processing are executed for every color of the drawing command, and the drawing command thus processed is stored with brushes (B1, B2 and B3).
