<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress wrong installation of a driving gear on an output shaft of a rotation source, and further to reduce a manufacturing cost of the driving gear. <P>SOLUTION: A female spline 32E for mounting and a female spline 32F for preventing wrong installation are provided on the inner peripheral side of the shaft bore 32A of the driving gear 32. By this structure, the female spline 32E for mounting can be surely engaged with the male spline 12B of an output shaft 12A when the aperture portion 32C of the driving gear 32 is installed on the output shaft 12A of a hydraulic motor 12. On the other hand, when the aperture portion 32D of the driving gear 32 located on the opposite side in the axial direction is installed on the output shaft 12A by mistake, the female spline 32F for preventing wrong installation is caught by the incomplete spline portion 12C of the male spline 12B.
