<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of a flow line, which decreases sealability, in a circular sealing part formed on the circumference of a liner in a forming method for the sealing liner by a compression molding of a resin material extruded on inner surface of the ceiling plate of the shell of a cap. <P>SOLUTION: A protrusion 3a to hinder a flow of the surface layer part 2a of the resin material 2 is formed between the center part of the pressing face of a mold punch 3 and the molding part of the sealing part (the outer circumference of the lower end part of a center punch member 31 and the lower surface of an insert punch member 32 and the inner circumference of the lower end part of a ring punch member 33) so that the sealing part formed on the circumference of the liner can be formed of the material of the inner part 2b of the resin material 2 at the compression molding with the mold punch 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
