<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric dust collector which can comprehensively realize the washing structure of an electrode plate causing no remnant of dust by washing, decrease in the pressure drop in the passage of dust-containing air, reduction of the cost, or the like. <P>SOLUTION: This electric dust collector 1 differs from a conventional one in that only a water washing unit 4 disposed above each dust collecting unit 3 is used as the water washing unit which supplies washing water to wash out the dust depositing in the dust collecting unit 3. The water washing unit 4 is equipped with: a pipe 41 for five nozzles to which a plurality of water nozzles 5 to inject high-pressure washing water 8 downward are attached; and a header pipe 43 which supplies the washing water 8 in common to the pipe 41 for five nozzles. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
