PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rewrite a processing program or data of a control means by a simple configuration. SOLUTION: A microcomputer 1-6 stops the operation of a video signal processing circuit 1-4 when version-up is started, and transfers data for version-up to a specified address of an SDRAM 1-11 from a memory card. Moreover, the microcomputer 1-6 copies a program for rewriting a flash ROM 1-7 in a specified address of the SDRAM 1-11 from the flash ROM 1-7, then forms an "interruption inhibited" state to prevent a processing program of the flash ROM 1-7 from operating, subsequently erases all regions of the flash ROM 1-7, and switches a program counter over to the head of "the copied flash ROM rewrite program" on the SDRAM 1-11.
