Drive part (10) for an industrial truck comprises a housing having at least one partly enclosed driver's cab (28) with a seat, and at least one drive wheel. An aggregate space formed below the driver's cab and housing a drive motor, a steering drive and a hydraulic aggregate is extensively sealed below in an air-tight manner above the drive wheel. The transmission of the drive motor and steering drive are arranged below the aggregate space. Preferred Features: The aggregate space is sealed below by a panel having receiving openings into which the housing of the drive motor and the steering drive are flanged. The transmission for the drive motor is rotatably mounted on the under side of the panel.
