<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger for vehicles for improving efficiency in connection work between a capacitor and an air conditioning cycle. <P>SOLUTION: A refrigerant path 8 is set to be in a structure for achieving the counterflow of a refrigerant B, thus forming both of an inlet 10 and an outlet 11 at one end side R in the left and right directions of the refrigerant path 8.
