<p>PURPOSE: To reduce stuffiness in a shoe, even in the case of a shoe manufactured by vulcanization, by allowing humidity and heat to be dissipated through pores and holes formed in the outsole. CONSTITUTION: A shoe 1 has an outsole 2, ventilating member 3, insole 4, upper 5, etc. The outsole 2 is constituted of rubber, and has through holes 2a penetrating in its thickness direction and arrayed from vamp to shank. The ventilating member 3 that is water-impermeable is so shaped as to cover all the through holes 2a formed in the outsole 2, and is constituted of an elastic plastic sheet sandwiched between two water-impermeable/gas-permeable membranes. The elastic plastic sheet is provided with an appropriate number of pores perforated through its thickness, and so is ventilating. The insole 4 is made of a ventilating material with a specified number of ventilating pores 4a perforated through its thickness. The heat and sweat vaporized in the shoe 1 is dissipated through the ventilating pores 4a, water-impermeable/gas-permeable member 3, and through holes 2a.</p> |
