PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a traveling vehicle equipped with a compact and lightweight transmission constitution by simplifying the transmission constitution taking into consideration the arrangement of a mission case, a hydraulic continuously variable transmission, and a hydraulic pump. SOLUTION: In the traveling vehicle to transmit the power of an engine 12 to a mission case 11 via a hydraulic continuously variable transmission HST, the hydraulic continuously variable transmission HST is fixed to a side of the mission case 11, and a pump P1 for the hydraulic continuously variable transmission is fixed to the hydraulic continuously variable transmission HST.
