PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fit a gear housing to a partition plate partitioning a cabin into inside and outside while keeping the degree of freedom in fitting high, realize excellent sealing performance and prevent propagation of sounds and vibration. SOLUTION: The propagation of sounds and vibration is prevented by lining a rubber-made shock absorbing material 24 on an inner surface of a retaining cylinder 2 which internally fits and retains the gear housing and bringing an end surface of the gear housing into contact with this shock absorbing material 24. Rubber-made sealing lips 32, 33 are mounted on a rim of a flange portion 3 pressed to the partition plate so as to surround the outside of a sealing plate 34 made of sponge and these are elastically brought into contact with the partition plate so as to supplement sealing by the sealing plate 34. A rubber-made slip prevention layer 35 is piled and formed on a pressed surface on which the sealing plate 34 is pressed to the partition plate, and the damage of the sealing plate 34 in fitting and the damage of the sealing plate 34 by the friction of the sealing plate and the partition plate are prevented, so that the excellent sealing performance is realized.
