The present invention relates to a method and device with virtual number for providing the mobile service provided to a non-subscriber who subscribes a different mobile communication company but has the virtual number. According to the present invention, there is provided a method in a mobile service server for providing a mobile service with a virtual number to a user terminal that accessing to the mobile service server via a wired network, the method comprising the steps of: receiving a mobile service request from the user terminal, determining whether or not the user is a home subscriber, requesting a virtual number to the user terminal if the user is a non-subscriber according to the determination, receiving the virtual number from the user terminal, providing the mobile service corresponding the mobile service request if the received virtual number is a registered virtual number, and charging for use of the mobile service based on the virtual number.
