Hinge (10) for articulating a mobile structure (11) with respect to a fixed frame (22) comprises two hinge elements (12, 15) to be fixed together to the mobile structure (11), or to the fixed frame (22), and a central hinge element (13) disposed between the two hinge elements (12, 15) and to be fixed to the fixed frame (22) or, respectively, to the mobile structure (11). A pivot (16) is axially inserted in the three hinge elements (12, 13, 15) and an intermediate threaded bushing (17) is axially disposed between the central hinge element (13) and one of the two hinge elements (12, 15). The threaded bushing (17) is provided with first coupling means (35a) coupled, without reciprocal rotation, with second coupling means (31) provided on the pivot (16), so that the rotation of the latter commands the axial movement of the two hinge elements (12, 15) with respect to the central hinge element (13). <IMAGE>
