Aircraft testing instrument adapted to carry out a plurality of electrical measurements on aircraft structures repetitively over multiple locations in the structure, in particular aircraft wings. The measured values are recorded and downloaded to a database. The instrument measures loop resistance, bond integrity and electric continuity.
