The system has a fuel tank (1) provided with mutually insulated double body by a dielectric fireproof material (2). Two plugs (14) are rotated to open or close a double tube fillingplug (3). Three valves (5) are utilized for controlling a fuel passage. Extreme temperature detectors (6) and a vacuum depressor (4) are electrically moved to open the valves. The detectors are arranged in the fuel tank and extreme inclination dumps(7). An inert gas bottle (8) is connected with a valve opening system by a solenoid mechanism and a switching relay electrical fuse (9, 10). The insulated double body is made of resistant steel plate.
