PURPOSE: A system and a method for managing an agreement loan for an enterprise based on an online network are provided to easily avoid various unnecessary abuses for an offline loan contract by constructing a modular environment systematically guaranteeing necessary steps for a loan agreement procedure and realizing an online contract based on the modular environment. CONSTITUTION: A loan requesting enterprise information management module(31) stores the loan requesting enterprise information from an enterprise loan agreement management server(10) in a loan requesting enterprise information database(51), or outputs/transmits the stored information. A contract particulars management module(32) outputs/transmits the transaction particulars information stored in a transaction particulars database(52). An agreement particulars management module(33) stores the agreement particulars information from the enterprise loan agreement management server in an agreement particulars database(53). An operation information management module(34) supports the server by extracting/managing the operation information stored in an operation information data(54).
