METHOD FOR PREPARING ISOBUTYLTRIALKOXYSILANE, REQUIRING NO NEUTRALIZATION PROCESS

PURPOSE: A method for preparing isobutyltrialkoxysilane is provided, thereby requiring no neutralization process, reducing side-products by using catalyst and co-catalyst, and preparing a large quantity of isobutyltrialkoxysilane. CONSTITUTION: The method for preparing isobutyltrialkoxysilane comprises the steps of: (i) drying co-catalyst of formula (4): MxCO3, under nitrogen at 60 to 120 minutes, and mixing silane of formula (1): (R1)mSiH with catalyst of formula (3): Pt(R3R4R4SiOSiR4R4R3); (ii) cooling the reaction temperature to 0 to 10 deg. C and methyl alkene of formula (2): CH3R2CH=CH2 into a reactor; (iii) heating the reaction temperature to 50 to 150 deg. C and stirring the reactor for 12 to 24 hours; and (iv) cooling the reaction temperature to 10 to 25 deg. C to recover excessive methylalkene, and distilling the reaction product under reduced pressure, wherein R1 is alkyl having one or more of carbon number; n is an integer of 1 to 3; R2 is C1-C4 alkyl; R3 is vinyl; F4 is methyl or ethyl; M is K or Na; and x is 1 or 2.
