PURPOSE: A light emitting device using wind velocity is provided to supply electric currents stably to a light-emitting element. CONSTITUTION: The light emitting device using wind velocity comprises: a rotary plate(10) provided with wings(11) to occur the flow of air; an iron core rolled up with a coil and built in an inner shaft hole of a cylindrical housing(21) coupled to the center of the rotary plate(10) and provided with a rotator coupled with a base plate(24); a central shaft(30) interposed to the shaft hole of the housing(21) and supported by bearings; a cylindrical magnet inserted to the central shaft(30) and located between both bearings and approaching to a rugged surface of the cylindrical iron core; a support frame(50) coupled to the backside of the central shaft(30) to fix the central shaft(30); and many light emitting elements(14) fixed to the front of the rotary plate(10) and connected by the base plate(24) and a lead line to emit light by induced current generated between the iron core of the rotator and the magnet of the central shaft(30).
