The invention refers to the mechanical engineering and may be used in the transportation facilities. The propeller contains a transmission mechanism, including pedals, connecting rods, a cylinder with pistons and a torque obtaining device, made in the form of a disk with gear ring, which is installed between the pistons onto a common axis. Into the disk there are made four openings, wherein there are diametrically opposite and articulately mounted for two pairs of blades, alternately opening on each side of the disk. Claims: 1Fig.: 4
