PURPOSE: A method is provided to achieve improved durability of coil even without performing a Varnish impregnation process, while preventing damages of insulator. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises a step(S110) of winding a coil on a plurality of inter-layer insulating sheets where auxiliary insulating sheets are attached, and adjusting the coil such that the electrical effective height of input coil, electrical effective height of output coil, and centers of high voltage magnetic path and low voltage magnetic path correspond with each other; a step(S120) of disposing iron plates on the inner and outer surfaces of the coil, and coupling the coil and the iron plates by using a plurality of fixing channels; a step(S130) of drying the coil and iron plate assembly in a drying furnace; a step(S140) of coupling an iron core to the dried coil, and inserting an end plate between the coil and the iron core; a step(S150) of forming a main body by coupling a plurality of frames to the outer surface of the coil coupled with the iron core and the end plate; a step(S160) of drying the main body; and a step(S170) of fixing the main body in an outer case, filling an insulating oil, and closing the outer case.
