METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MEASURING ELECTROSTATIC CAPACITY OF ORGANIC ELECTROLUMINESCENCE DEVICE

PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for measuring electrostatic capacity of an organic electroluminescence device are provided to measure the electrostatic capacity by corresponding an impedance spectrum to an equivalent circuit constituted with linear devices. CONSTITUTION: According to the method, an AC signal having a fixed frequency is applied to a constant voltage or a constant current bias driving an organic electroluminescence device and an AC impedance is measured from a measured voltage and current response signal. An impedance spectrum is measured by performing the above process to a plurality of frequencies. Then, electrostatic capacity is calculated by fitting the measured impedance spectrum to an impedance function of an equivalent circuit constituted with a plurality of linear devices.
