摘要 PURPOSE: A display lamp flicker system and an installation structure and a control method thereof are provided to promote safe vehicle operation by permitting the display lamp flicker system to flicker in a cycle in accordance with the time data transmitted from a GPS satellite. CONSTITUTION: A display lamp flicker system comprises a GPS satellite(100) for transmitting accurate time data; a light intensity sensor(220) for sensing the intensity of sunlight, and outputting a signal when the intensity of sunlight is lower than a predetermined level; a fog sensor(210) for acquiring fog data from air, and outputting a signal when the distribution of fog is higher than a predetermined level; a display lamp controller(300) for receiving the time data transmitted from the GPS satellite, and synchronizing flickering operations of display lamps(500) in accordance with the received time data, if the intensity of sunlight is lower than the predetermined level or the distribution of fog is higher than the predetermined level; an interface unit(230) for inputting or modifying the control mode of the display lamp controller; the display lamp which turns on/off in a predetermined flickering cycle in accordance with the control of the display lamp controller; a solar cell plate for acquiring electrical energy from sun; and a charger(420) for storing the electrical energy from the solar cell plate and supplying the energy to each unit.
