AN OBJECT OF THE PRESENT INVENTION IS TO PROVIDE AN AUDIO SIGNAL AMPLIFIER CIRCUIT OF A SIMPLIFIEDCIRCUIT CONSTITUTION INVOLVING A REDUCED NUMBER OF COMPONENT PARTS ENTAILING LOWERED PRODUCTION COSTS. [MEANS FOR ACHIEVING THE OBJECT] AN AUDIO SIGNAL AMPLIFIER CIRCUIT COMPRISES AN AMPLIFIER TRANSISTOR 1 HAVING A BASE, AN EMITTER AND A COLLECTOR. THE BASE SELECTIVELY RECEIVES EITHER A FIRST OR A SECOND AUDIO SIGNAL, THE EMITTER IS CONNECTED TO GROUND VIA A GROUNDING RESISTANCE 2, AND THE COLLECTOR OUTPUTS EITHER THE FIRST OR THE SECOND AUDIO SIGNAL. THE CIRCUIT ALSO INCLUDES A FIRST AND A SECOND CAPACITORS 12 AND 13 CONNECTED IN SERIES BETWEEN A SECOND AUDIO SIGNAL INPUT TERMINAL 11 AND THE BASE OF THE AMPLIFIER TRANSISTOR 1, AND A FEEDBACK RESISTANCE 14 CONNECTED INTERPOSINGLY BETWEEN A POINT OF CONNECTION BETWEEN THE FIRST AND THE SECOND CAPACITORS 12 AND 13 ON THE ONE HAND, AND THE EMITTER OF THE AMPLIFIER TRANSISTOR 1 ON THE OTHER HAND. THE AMPLIFIER TRANSISTOR 1, THE FIRST AND SECOND CAPACITORS 12 AND 13 AND THE FEEDBACK RESISTANCE 14 CONSTITUTE A HIGH-PASS ACTIVE FILTER FOR ADDRESSING THE SECOND AUDIO SIGNAL. (FIGURE 1)
