PURPOSE: A control method of an active geometry controlled suspension system is provided to improve travel stability of a vehicle by controlling the control arm connected to the inner and outer rear wheels according to the damping force control signal and by adjusting the toe angle of the inner wheel or the outer wheel. CONSTITUTION: A lateral acceleration sensor detects and transmits lateral acceleration of a vehicle during traveling to an ECU(Electronic Control Unit) of an AGCS(Active Geometry Controlled Suspension)(S201). The AGCS ECU decides if the present travel state of the vehicle satisfies the predetermined control condition of the AGCS corresponding to the lateral acceleration signal(S202). The AGCS ECU analyzes the damping force control signal from an ECS(Electronic Controlled Suspension) ECU in satisfying the AGCS control condition, and decides if the travel state satisfies the inner rear wheel control condition by comparing the damping force control signal with the predetermined inner rear wheel control signal(S203,S204). The length of the control arm is adjusted to keep toe-in of the inner wheel or the outer wheel(S205,S206).
