The method involves receiving and memorizing inscription in a database, and detecting presence of a portable module (2) on a mobile telephone carrier in a close geographical radius (8) of a terminal (7). The inscription is sent in the form of message to concerned mobile telephone, upon verifying number of portable modules and mobile telephones. The inscription has indication of number of detectable modules and telephones. An independent claim is also included for a system for diffusion of commercial information through a mobile telephone.
