PURPOSE: A pipe lining method is provided to prevent the rupture of a pipe lining member by preventing excessive air pressure in a pipe lining member for drainage, and to drain off hot water in a pipe lining member simply through a suction port of a vacuum hose without installing a pump in a pipe lining member. CONSTITUTION: The pipe lining method comprises the steps of covering up the outside of a tubular resin absorber with plastic film, interposing a pipe lining member(12) impregnated with liquefied hardening resins into a pipeline(10) to generate fluid pressure, compressing the pipe lining member(12) to a wall of the pipeline(10) and placing a heat medium to the liquefied hardening resins. Hot water is used as the heat medium and the supplied hot water is suctioned by vacuum force to be drained off, a pulling rope(44) for a hose is operated by a sealing part(46) of an upper cover(16) which forms a closed space by the pipe lining member(12) to move a vacuum hose(18) in the pipe lining member(12), then to locate a suction port into the appointed site, the other end of the vacuum hose(18) is connected to a vacuum tank(20), and the vacuum tank(20) is provided with a vacuum pump(26) to drain off internal hot water.
