FIELD: refractory industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to plastic refractory mass used for making refractory blocks, monolith fettlings for heating and thermal furnaces, repairing fettlings. Plastic refractory mass comprises the following components, wt.-%: refractory clay, 10.0-15.0; sulfonate, 0.3-0.7; carboxymethylcellulose, 0.2-0.5; mixture of aromatic and aliphatic hydrocarbons taken in the amount 1.0-3.0 wt.-% is used as a plasticizing agent; alumosilicate filling agent, the balance.
