METHOD FOR PROVIDING CERTIFICATION OF QUALITY OF SERVICE OF IP NETWORK TO SATISFY QUALITY OF SERVICE REQUISITES OF TERMINAL-TO-TERMINAL, AND SYSTEM THEREOF

PURPOSE: A method for providing certification of quality of service of an IP network to satisfy quality of service requisites of terminal-to-terminal, and a system thereof are provided to realize the same function to a service having QoS requisites, separated from a route selecting function related to IP packet, thereby improving expansion efficiency without affecting a network. CONSTITUTION: A subscriber initializes a service request having QoS(Quality of Service) requisites. A related service entity of a network analyses the service request to acquire addresses of a source subscriber and a target subscriber, and related QoS parameters, and transmits route selection and resource apply request to a bearer control layer of the network. A bearer network resource manager of the bearer control layer assigns a route and resources to the service of a bearer logic network according to the addresses and a service type. A traffic stream is transmitted to the service bearer logic network according to the assigned route.
