FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out external access to pyonecrotic lesion focus and placing a napkin having hollow-body shape into wound cavity and a two-lumen drainage inside of it. The drainage and napkin are fixed in the skin wound in placing the like second napkin between the peripheral parts in forming wound mouth outlines in linear plane. The wound is exposed to infrared laser radiation in therapeutic doses via draining tube in wound depth and in peripheral zone 5-8 min long on each field, and carotid arteries are transcutaneously irradiated 2-3 min long daily to the moment the purulent exudate stops discharging from the wound. A napkin is used to cover infiltrate area and radiation is applied for 5-10 min to reach full coalescence of the wound. ^ EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; shorter treatment period under in-door conditions; improved cosmetic results. |
