PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine whether or not the mounting state of a superconducting filter is good in a short period of time. SOLUTION: Whether or not the mounting state of a superconducting filter at an ordinary temperature is good is determined. Firstly, when a signal of a predetermined frequency is outputted from a signal generator 200 without being connected to a superconducting filter 100, power measured by a spectrum analyzer is obtained. When the signal of the predetermined frequency is outputted from the signal generator 200 through the superconducting filter 100, the power of a signal passing through the superconducting filter 100 and amplified by a low noise amplifier 300 is measured by a spectrum analyzer 400. From a power ratio between a state that the superconducting filter 100 is not connected and a state that the superconducting filter 100 is connected, the attenuation of the signal of the superconducting filter 100 is obtained, and whether or not the mounting state of the superconducting filter 100 is good is determined.
