BIOMASS POWER GENERATION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biomass power generation system that enables community-based biomass power generation using woody materials with low heat value by absorbing and separating tar existing in dry-distilled gas of woody resources (industrial waste) and adjusting the heat value by a gas holder. SOLUTION: This biomass power generation system is equipped with a carbonization furnace 10 providing the dry-distilled gas by carbonizing the woody resources and a generator 40 having a micro gas turbine/gas engine using the dry-distilled gas as raw fuel. This system is provided with a refiner 20 for removing the tar existing in the dry-distilled gas and a holder 30 for adjusting the heat value of the purified gas obtained by the purification by the refiner 20.
