PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combined facility for providing a living place rich with high convenience for healthy persons without requiring an excessive economic burden on aged persons and enabling them to receive full care when needing care. SOLUTION: In the combined facility suitable for the aged persons to live, a building for healthy persons 10 for receiving healthy persons, and a caring building 20 for receiving persons in need of care exist independently of each other as buildings and communicate with each other for free coming and going through a connecting corridor 30. The combined facility has a healthy-persons' building information center for performing centralized control of management information of the healthy-persons' building, and a caring building information center for performing centralized control of management information of the caring building 20.
