PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a design method of an optimum encrypting function for realizing hardwares and an optimum encrypting system in relation to a mobile communication device. SOLUTION: This encrypting system comprises an encrypting part outputting a first encrypting bit string of length 2n by inputting a first input bit string and encrypting it by an encrypting code of length 4n supplied from a key scheduler; and a controller outputting a second encrypting bit string of length m by outputting a second input bit string of length m from a memory according to control signals, and performing an encrypting operation with the first encrypting bit string, and controlling to further store the second encrypting bit string in the memory according to the control signals.
